目的:研究祛瘀缩宫汤对早孕大鼠Ru486药物流产后子宫肌组织匀浆中一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)水平的影响,来探讨祛瘀缩宫汤治疗药物流产后出血的作用机理。方法:选择妊娠Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组,即单纯米非司酮组、催产素组、宫太妇月康胶囊组、祛瘀缩宫汤组,于妊娠第7天,开始相应处理,妊娠第14天分别检测以下指标后处死:子宫肌组织匀浆中的NO与NOS含量,静脉血中ET-1水平。结果:祛瘀缩宫汤可明显降低大鼠子宫肌组织匀浆中NO、NOS含量,与单纯米非司酮组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),祛瘀缩宫汤可显著提高大鼠静脉血中ET-1水平,与单纯米非司酮组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀缩宫汤可以降低药物流产后大鼠子宫肌匀浆中NO及NOS水平,升高血中ET-1水平,通过以上途径来治疗药物流产后子宫出血。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Quyu-Zhuogong Decoction on the levels of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and plasma endothelin (ET-1) in uterine muscle homogenate after Ru486 abortion in early pregnant rats, To explore the role of Quyu Tong Gong Decoction in the treatment of bleeding after drug abortion mechanism. Methods: Pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, ie, mifepristone group, oxytocin group, Gongtaiyuekening capsule group and Qushi Tongzheng Decoction group. On the 7th day of pregnancy, the corresponding treatment , The first 14 days of pregnancy were detected after the following indicators of death: the content of NO and NOS in uterine muscle homogenate, ET-1 levels in venous blood. Results: Qu Yu Zong Gong Tang can significantly reduce the content of NO and NOS in rat uterine muscle homogenate, compared with simple mifepristone group, the difference was significant (P <0.01), Quxuangong Decoction can be significantly increased The level of ET-1 in venous blood of rats was significantly higher than that of mifepristone alone (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quxuantonggong Decoction can reduce the levels of NO and NOS in uterine muscle homogenate after drug abortion, and increase the level of ET-1 in the blood, and cure uterine bleeding after medical abortion.
