我厂生产的大吨位液压万能试验机,油路系统压力甚高,油管采用45无缝钢管,管长有的达4m多,孔径分φ8、φ11mm两种。由于管理不善,大批油管孔壁出现锈斑、氧化脱落等。针对这一质量问题,我们采用油管孔壁旋拉削新工艺,使大批无法使用的高压油管获得了新生。图1为油管孔壁旋拉削示意图。细长拉杆2用20圆钢,其直径视被加工油管孔的尺寸大小而定,它与油管孔径的间隙一般取2.5~4mm,拉杆长度比油管长出100~150mm。例如我们旋拉削孔径φ11mm油管,采用φ8mm的光圆钢作为拉杆。市场上现货购买的圆柱型钢
