本文通过对发动机缸盖螺栓所受的载荷时间历程分析,确定各螺栓所受的预紧力、热应力和动应力,并对其随发动机载荷、转达以及工作温度变化而变化的趋势进行研究,讨论各螺栓受力的不均匀性及动应力波形在发动机故障预报与状态监测中的应用。
In this paper, through the analysis of the load time histories of the bolts on the cylinder heads of the engine, the preload, thermal stress and dynamic stress suffered by the bolts are determined, and the trends of them changing with the load, relay and working temperature of the engine are studied. Discusses the application of bolt inhomogeneity and dynamic stress waveforms in engine failure prediction and status monitoring.
