骨膦化学成份为氯甲双磷酸二钠，属双磷酸盐类药物，有胶囊及静滴输注液两种剂型，具有强效抑制破骨细胞的活性，对骨组织有选择性吸附作用，国外文献已有广泛报道。我科于1993年9月～1995年8月，应用芬兰利拉斯药厂生产的骨膦治疗骨转移癌及多发性骨髓瘤共22例．报告如下。1一
The chemical composition of bone phosphine is disodium, disodium bisphosphonate, and it is a bisphosphonate drug. There are two dosage forms of capsule and intravenous drip infusion. It has a potent activity of inhibiting osteoclasts and has a selective adsorption effect on bone tissue. Foreign literature has been widely reported. In our department from September 1993 to August 1995, a total of 22 cases of bone metastases and multiple myeloma were treated with bone phosphine produced by the Finnish Lilas pharmaceutical company.
