分析了 12个甘蔗基因型叶片中的酸性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、酸性转化酶等 7种酶活性变化对蔗糖分的影响 ,结果表明 ,叶片中酸性磷酸酶以及中性转化酶活性与甘蔗蔗糖分的高低呈显著正相关 ,淀粉酶、酸性转化酶活性则与此相反 .多元回归分析进一步证实蔗糖分高低与前期酸性磷酸酶、淀粉酶、转化酶活性关系密切 ,而成熟期除了酸性磷酸酶起主要作用外 ,转化酶是影响甘蔗蔗糖分的关键酶
The effects of seven kinds of enzymes, such as acid phosphatase, amylase and acid invertase, on the sucrose content of 12 sugarcane genotypes were analyzed. The results showed that the activities of acid phosphatase and neutral invertase in leaves were similar to those of sucrose , While the activities of amylase and invertase were the opposite.Multivariate regression analysis further confirmed that the sucrose content was closely related to the activities of acid phosphatase, amylase and invertase in the early stage, while the activities of acid phosphatase In addition to its major role, invertase is a key enzyme that affects sugarcane sugar content
