目的了解南海区成人超重和肥胖的流行特点,为制定超重及肥胖防治的相关策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,按户籍总户数5%的比例确定抽样样本,对区内2个街道和6个镇抽取21个居委和62个村委,共17 124户,采用问卷调查和体格检查收集≥18岁的户籍居民个人基本情况和体重、身高数据。用非条件logistic回归分析超重或肥胖的影响因素。结果共调查≥18岁户籍居民37 073人,其中城区10 467人(占28.2%),农村26 606人(占71.8%),男性17 770人(占47.9%),女性19 303人(占52.1%)。体质指数均值为22.40±3.86,男性(22.65±3.61)与女性(22.14±4.10)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。超重、肥胖粗患病率分别为21.5%(7 971/37 073)、5.7%(2 113/37 073)(标化率分别为20.6%、5.6%),超重标化发生率城区(16.6%)低于农村(22.2%)(P<0.01),男性(24.5%)高于女性(17.0%)(P<0.01);肥胖标化患病率城区(5.0%)低于农村(5.8%)(P<0.01),男性(5.9%)高于女性(5.3%)(P<0.05)。年龄(OR=1.490~2.323)、性别(OR=0.563)、文化程度(OR=0.827~0.828)、吸烟(OR=0.772)和锻炼(OR=0.782)、城乡(OR=1.304)是超重肥胖患病率的主要影响因素。结论南海区居民超重或肥胖患病情况较为严峻,农村、高年龄组等因素是超重或肥胖的危险因素。
Objective To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity in adults in the South China Sea and to provide scientific evidence for the development of strategies and measures for overweight and obesity prevention and treatment.
