目的研究抵抗素(Resistin)和趋化素(Chemerin)在新诊断的T2DM及T2DM合并微血管并发症(T2DM+MC)患者血浆中表达水平,探讨二者在T2DM及T2DM+MC发病中的作用。方法新诊断的T2DM患者、T2DM+MC患者各50例,健康对照(NC)50名,各组再根据BMI分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,比较各组血浆Resistin和Chemerin水平。结果新诊断的T2DM组、T2DM+MC组Resistin分别为(24.3±4.1)ng/ml,(29.7±3.6)ng/ml,明显高于NC组的(17.1±1.9)ng/ml;Chemerin分别为(109.7±24.3)pg/ml,(115.3±34.7)pg/ml,明显高于NC组的(78.4±31.4)pg/ml(P<0.01)。新诊断的T2DM组及T2DM+MC组的肥胖亚组Resistin和Chemerin均明显高于非肥胖亚组(P<0.05)。各组女性患者Resistin和Chemerin水平均显著高于男性患者(P<0.05)。结论新诊断的T2DM和T2DM+MC组血浆Resis-tin及Chemerin水平较NC组显著升高。Resistin及Chemerin水平受性别、脂肪分布的影响。与新诊断的T2DM患者比较,T2DM+MC组血浆Resistin及Chemerin水平呈升高趋势,但未显示统计学差异。
Objective To investigate the expression of Resistin and Chemerin in the newly diagnosed T2DM and T2DM patients with microvascular complications (T2DM + MC) and explore their roles in the pathogenesis of T2DM and T2DM + MC. Methods The newly diagnosed T2DM patients, 50 patients with T2DM + MC and 50 healthy controls (NC) were divided into obesity group and non-obese group according to BMI. The levels of Resistin and Chemerin in each group were compared. Results Resistin of newly diagnosed T2DM group and T2DM + MC group was (24.3 ± 4.1) ng / ml, (29.7 ± 3.6) ng / ml, which was significantly higher than that of NC group (17.1 ± 1.9) ng / ml (109.7 ± 24.3) pg / ml and (115.3 ± 34.7) pg / ml, respectively, which was significantly higher than that of NC group (78.4 ± 31.4) pg / ml (P <0.01). Resistin and Chemerin in newly diagnosed T2DM group and T2DM + MC group were significantly higher than those in non-obese subgroup (P <0.05). The levels of Resistin and Chemerin in female patients in each group were significantly higher than those in male patients (P <0.05). Conclusion The plasma levels of Resis-tin and Chemerin in newly diagnosed T2DM and T2DM + MC groups were significantly higher than those in NC group. Resistin and Chemerin levels affected by gender, fat distribution. Compared with newly diagnosed T2DM patients, plasma levels of Resistin and Chemerin increased in T2DM + MC group, but no statistical difference was found.
