射流技术就是应用“附壁效应”的原理。射流喷灌机的优点在于结构简单、易于制造和维护。用于喷灌机的典型射流元件叫“S—R双稳元件”,如图1所示,主射流源从S进入,射流或附于A壁,或附于B壁,或从O_1流出,或从O_2流出。究竟附于A壁还是附于B壁,是由控制口C_1和C_2控制的。控制射流源的压力比主射流源的压力低20%,在某一瞬间只使用一个控制口,在另一瞬间则使用另一控制口,如此交互使用,使射流或先附壁于A、从O_1流出,而后附壁于B从O_2流出。这样,既能自动转向,又能使水喷洒出去。
Jet technology is the application of the “Coanda effect” principle. Jet irrigation machine has the advantage of simple structure, easy to manufacture and maintain. A typical jet element used in irrigation machines is called an “S-R bistable element”. As shown in Figure 1, the main jet source enters from S, which is either attached to wall A, or attached to wall B, or from O_1, or Outflow from O2. Whether attached to the A wall or attached to the B wall, is controlled by the control port C_1 and C_2. The control jet source pressure is 20% lower than the pressure of the main jet source, only one control port is used at a moment, and another control port is used at another moment, so that the jet flows or attaches first to A from O_1 outflow, and then attached to B from O_2 outflow. In this way, both automatic steering, but also make water spray out.
