以5个油菜品种为试验材料,应用方差分析估算了籽粒含油率与主要经济性状间的遗传相关、遗传进度和选择指数等遗传参数。结果表明,一次分枝数、单株有效角果数、每角粒数、单株粒重与含油率为正向关系,千粒重与含油率为负向关系,而且这些性状对含油率有较大的相关遗传进度。在对含油率选择的3种方案中,指数选择优于相关选择和直接选择。采用一次有效分枝数、单株有效角果数、千粒重和单株粒重4个相关性状构成的选择指数对含油率进行综合选择的效果最佳。
Five rapeseed cultivars were used as experimental materials. The genetic correlations between grain oil content and major economic traits, genetic progress and selection index were estimated by ANOVA. The results showed that the number of primary branches, the number of effective pods per plant, the number of grains per square, the weight per plant and the oil content were in a positive relationship, and the grain weight was negatively correlated with the oil content, and these traits had larger oil content Related genetic progress. Among the three options for oil content selection, index selection is superior to related selection and direct selection. The results showed that the best selection of oil content was based on the selection indices of effective branch number, effective pod number per plant, 1000-grain weight and 4 grain weight per plant.
