目的根据门(急)诊病历回收情况找出未按时回归的原因,寻找对策,制定解决办法,减少病历不能按时回归的现象发生。方法以卫生部颁发的《医疗机构病历管理规定》为依据,依照本单位的规章制度和管理办法,对医院现状进行分析。结果病历不能按时回收的现象在实际工作中普遍存在,主要是方法落后,医生责任心不够。结论改进工作方法,医生与病案室各负其责,相互配合,减少甚至杜绝病案不按时回收的现象。
Objective To find out the reasons for the failure to return on time according to the emergency medical records recheck, to find countermeasures and formulate solutions to reduce the phenomenon that medical records can not be returned on time. Methods Based on the “Regulations on the Management of Medical Records of Medical Institutions” issued by the Ministry of Health, the status quo of the hospital was analyzed in accordance with the rules and regulations of this unit and management measures. Results The phenomenon that medical records can not be recovered on time is ubiquitous in practical work, mainly due to the backward methods and insufficient doctor’s sense of responsibility. Conclusion Improving working methods, doctors and medical records rooms each take their responsibilities and cooperate with each other to reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon that medical records are not collected on time.
