基于支架与围岩相互作用关系的理论,以山西宁武孟家窑煤矿5#煤层综放工作面为研究背景,采用数值模拟方法对大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面支架的工作阻力进行了模拟研究。研究结果表明:当支护强度大于0.95 MPa,支架工作阻力为6 400 kN时,液压支架具有更好的护帮和护顶效果,并通过工业试验验证了模拟数值的正确性,研究结果对大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面支架的选型具有指导作用。
Based on the theory of interaction between supports and surrounding rock, taking the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of No.5 coal seam in Mengjiayao Coal Mine, Ningwu, Shanxi as the research background, the working resistance of fully mechanized caving mining face in steeply-sloped and ultra-thick coal seam was studied by numerical simulation method Simulation study. The results show that when the support strength is greater than 0.95 MPa and the working resistance of the support is 6 400 kN, the hydraulic support has better guard and guard effect. The correctness of the numerical simulation is verified by industrial tests. The selection of the support for fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with thick coal seam has guiding role.
