对30例50只青光眼、14例28只高眼压症进行PERG和PVEP同时记录。首次发现青光眼和高眼压症的RCT延长,同时青光眼组AP50、AP100下降、LP100延长,异常率分别为46%、52%、54%,高眼压症组AP50和LP100的异常率均为28.57%。青光眼组LP100、RCT与视野缺损、C/D大小呈正相关,AP100与视野缺损、C/D大小呈负相关,AP50与视野缺损呈负相关。本研究从电生理角度证实青光眼的主要损害部位为视网膜神经节细胞及其轴索。PERG和PVEP同时检测青光眼和高眼压症的异常率分别为70%和42.86%,高于单项检测者,同时记录对青光眼早期诊断及病情估计有重要参考价值。
PERG and PVEP were recorded simultaneously in 30 cases of 50 glaucoma and 14 cases of 28 cases of ocular hypertension. For the first time, the RCT of glaucoma and ocular hypertension were prolonged. At the same time, AP50 and AP100 were decreased and LP100 was prolonged in glaucoma group. The abnormal rates were 46%, 52% and 54% respectively. The abnormal rates of AP50 and LP100 in ocular hypertension group were both 28.57 %. LP100 and RCT in glaucoma group were positively correlated with visual field defect and C / D size. AP100 was negatively correlated with visual field defect and C / D size. AP50 was negatively correlated with visual field defect. This study confirmed from the electrophysiological point of view the main damage to glaucoma retinal ganglion cells and axons. The abnormal rates of simultaneous detection of glaucoma and ocular hypertension by PERG and PVEP were 70% and 42.86%, respectively, which were higher than those of single examiners. Meanwhile, the records of glaucoma and glaucoma had an important reference value for the early diagnosis and condition assessment of glaucoma.
