水压机上较大力量的水击产生在水压机停车的瞬时。它在停车时水力系统中所发生的过程特点不仅决定于停车的工具(提阀,节流阀)而且也和该水压机上进行的不同工艺过程有关。这些特点要求更加深入的研究水击过程,并在某些假设的基础上建立计算方法。本文所提到的近似公式只在某些情况下才能给出很好的近似结果。用它可以求出虽然作了简化组能保证可靠结果的一般解。
Water hammer on the larger force of the water pressure in the parking machine instant. The characteristic of the process that takes place in a hydraulic system when it is parked depends not only on the stopping tools (lift valves, throttle valves) but also on the different processes carried out on the hydraulic press. These features call for a more in-depth study of the water hammer process and the establishment of computational methods based on certain assumptions. The approximation formulas mentioned in this article give good approximations only under certain circumstances. Use it to find a general solution that guarantees a reliable result although a reduced set is made.
