随着社会改革的深入推进,建设法治国家的要求,网络信息技术的发展,公安机关在塑造公安形象的过程中也会遇到更大的挑战。本文在充分研究网络营销理论和策略以及公安形象塑造理论的基础上,结合公安工作的实际情况,运用网络营销中的“以顾客为中心”和“互动”理念、4Cs理论、网络营销基本方式等理论,对公安形象塑造进行深入地分析和总结,提出塑造公安形象的对策,希望对提升公安机关形象,从而更好地服务社会和经济发展大局有所借鉴和帮助。
With the deepening of social reforms, the request of building a state under the rule of law and the development of network information technology, public security organs will encounter even greater challenges in shaping the image of public security. On the basis of fully researching the theory and tactics of internet marketing and the image shaping theory of public security, combining with the actual situation of public security work, this paper applies the concept of “Customer Centered” and “Interaction” in network marketing, 4Cs theory, Marketing basic methods and other theories, conduct an in-depth analysis and summaries of public security image creation, put forward measures to create a public security image, and hope to improve the image of public security organs so as to better serve the overall social and economic development for reference and help.
