利用甲基丙烯酸、聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)直接酯化合成大单体,再由大单体与甲基丙烯酸共聚合成减水剂,利用红外光谱分析了温度对MPEG与催化剂混合物的稳定性的影响规律,通过测定酯化率、水泥净浆流动度,研究了酯化温度对共聚物性能的影响。结果表明:预处理制备的ZJ酚醌混合阻聚剂对甲基丙烯酸具有良好阻聚效果,掺量为0.75%时,120℃反应20h不聚合;140℃时,聚乙二醇单甲醚开始分解,羟基被氧化,产生了羰基;120℃时CHJ催化剂与MPEG混合物能够稳定存在,基本无副反应发生,该体系酯化率可达到99%,制备的减水剂具有良好的分散性和分散保持性。
