目的:建立四川盆地麦冬种质资源的HPLC特征图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以槲皮素作为内标参照物,甲醇-乙腈-0.2%醋酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长280nm,柱温30℃。结果:24批四川盆地麦冬资源共有36个特征峰,32~36号峰分别被鉴定为甲基麦冬黄烷酮A、甲基麦冬黄烷酮B、大黄酚、麦冬黄烷酮A、麦冬黄烷酮B。结论:所建立的四川盆地麦冬种质资源RP-HPLC特征图谱特征性及专属性强,具有可靠性;不同产区麦冬资源的化学成分差异较大,可为其优质资源筛选及质量控制研究提供参考。
Objective: To establish a HPLC characteristic map of the germplasm resources of Ophiopogon japonicus in Sichuan Basin. Methods: HPLC was used. Quercetin was used as internal standard reference. Methanol-acetonitrile-0.2% aqueous acetic acid was used as the mobile phase gradient. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 30 °C. . Results: There were 36 characteristic peaks in 24 batches of Maidow resources in Sichuan Basin. Peaks 32-36 were identified as methylmedrolflavanone A, methylindigoflavanone B, chrysophanol, Ophiopogon flavanone, respectively. A, Ophioplasm Flavanone B. Conclusion: The established RP-HPLC map of O. japonica germplasm resources in the Sichuan Basin is characterized by its characteristics, specificity and reliability. The chemical composition of O. japonicus resources in different producing areas is quite different, and it can be used for quality resource selection and quality control. Research provides reference.
