首先对新型耐热HR3C钢焊接性及其所用替代焊丝Thermanit617(ERNiCrCoMo-1)的焊接性进行分析,然后采用GTAW焊接工艺,将Thermanit617镍基合金焊丝作填充材料,焊制HR3C钢管接头,并对试件接头力学性能、耐晶间腐蚀性能及组织特征等进行了测试和分析,试验结果表明HR3C钢采用Thermanit617镍基焊丝替代焊材YT-HR3C焊接是可行的。
First of all, the weldability of the new heat-resistant HR3C steel and the weldability of its replacement wire Thermanit617 (ERNiCrCoMo-1) were analyzed. Then, using the GTAW welding process, the Thermanit617 nickel-base alloy welding wire was used as filling material to weld the HR3C steel pipe joint. The mechanical properties of specimen joints, intergranular corrosion resistance and microstructure were tested and analyzed. The results show that it is feasible to use HRSC steel with Thermanit617 instead of welding material YT-HR3C.
