本文提出分别用氟化物、草酸(草酸盐)和 Na_4P_2O_7掩蔽 Fe~(3+)、Al~(3+)、Sn~(4+)、Zr~(4+)、Ti~(4+)、Nb~(5+)、∑RE~(3+)和 Mn~(2+)等(一般常见金属离子,不干扰),用 EDTA 螯合 Ni~(2+),以 CX(苏木精)、PAR[4—(2—Pyridyazo)resorcinol]、MG(孔雀绿)为混合指标剂,用 Cu~(2+)标准溶液返滴定法测定合金钢和镍精矿中的镍。终点颜色变化格外敏锐、清晰。实践表明,本法具有简便、快速、准确和精密度高等优点,很有实用意义。
In this paper, we propose to mask Fe ~ (3 +), Al ~ (3 +), Sn ~ (4 +), Zr ~ (4 +), Ti ~ (4+) with fluoride, oxalate and Na_4P_2O_7 respectively. , Ni (2+), Nb (5+), ΣRE ~ (3+) and Mn ~ (2+) etc. (common metal ions do not interfere with each other) ), PAR [4- (2-Pyridyazo) resorcinol] and MG (malachite green) were used as mixed indicator to determine nickel in alloy steel and nickel concentrate by back titration with Cu 2+ standard solution. End color change is particularly acute and clear. Practice shows that this method is simple, fast, accurate and high precision advantages, is of great practical significance.
