研究外周血干细胞动员与采集方法。方法 :14例不同类型的肿瘤患者 ,分 2个动员方案组。一组给大剂量依托泊苷 (VP 16 )加rhG CSF动员 ,另一组在常规化疗后直接用rhG CSF动员。使用百特CS 30 0 0plus型血细胞分离机采集 ,每例采集 1— 3次。结果 :2种方案动员 ,均可有效地动员外周血干细胞 ,但VP 16组动员效果明显好于常规化疗组 ,且多数患者第一次采集CD+ 34 细胞量即可达到移植的阈值量 (CD+ 34 细胞 2× 10 6 kg以上 )。 14例患者中 9例已完成干细胞移植 ,血象均在移植后 1月恢复正常。结论 :大剂量VP 16 (6 0 0— 80 0mg m2 )加rhG CSF可有效地动员外周血干细胞 ,且VP 16骨髓外毒性轻 ,血象变化有规律可循
To study mobilization and collection of peripheral blood stem cells. Methods: Fourteen different types of cancer patients were divided into 2 mobilization groups. One group was given high-dose etoposide (VP 16) plus rhG CSF mobilization and the other group was mobilized directly with rhG CSF after conventional chemotherapy. Using Baxter CS30 0 0plus type blood cell separator collection, each case collected 1 to 3 times. Results: Mobilization of peripheral blood stem cells by both of the two regimens could effectively mobilize peripheral blood stem cells. However, the mobilization effect of VP16 group was significantly better than that of conventional chemotherapy group, and the threshold of transplantation volume (CD + 34) Cells 2 × 10 6 kg or more). In 14 patients, 9 patients had completed stem cell transplantation, and the blood samples returned to normal after 1 month of transplantation. Conclusion: High dose of VP 16 (60 000-80 m2) plus rhG CSF can effectively mobilize peripheral blood stem cells, and there is a regular pattern of light and blood changes in VP 16 bone marrow
