以美洲黑杨×青杨F2代为作图群体,利用AFLP和SSR标记技术构建分子连锁图谱。连锁图共有19个较大的连锁群,16个二联体(Doublets),7个三联体(Triplets)和5个较小的连锁群。19个较大的连锁群上包括356个AFLP标记和12个SSR标记,总图距为3382 4cM,标记间的平均间距为9 69cM。估计基因组长度为2607~3319cM,平均为3042cM,同时采用Lander和Bishop的方法计算期望基因组覆盖度,平均值分别为96 7%和98 4%。
The population of Populus × Populus × Populus × Poplar × Populus × euramericana F2 was used as a mapping population, and AFLP and SSR markers were used to construct the molecular linkage map. There are 19 larger linkage groups, 16 Doublets, 7 Triplets and 5 smaller linkage groups. The 19 larger linkage groups included 356 AFLP markers and 12 SSR markers with a total distance of 3382 4cM and an average spacing of 9 69cM between markers. The estimated genomic length ranged from 2607 to 3319cM with an average of 3042cM. The expected genomic coverage was calculated using Lander and Bishop methods, with mean values of 96.7% and 98.4%, respectively.
