近几年来应用放射免疫分析技术测定肿瘤标志物,其结果准确、快速、简易、适用性强,并有成套试剂盒供应,已成为临床检测肿瘤和科学研究的重要手段。6年来我们用CEA、CA50、CA19—9肿瘤标志物测定消化道恶性肿瘤100例,报告如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 病例选择:消化道恶性肿瘤100例,年龄38~72岁,平均年龄55岁。所有消化道恶性肿瘤均经病理证实。其中胰腺肿瘤12例,胃癌44例,食道癌10例,结肠癌16例,肝癌18例。对照组100例。年龄32~66岁,平均年龄49岁。均为排除恶性肿瘤的消化道住院病人。 1.2 实验方法:取患者空腹静脉血,分离血清后用放射免疫技术测定肿瘤标志物CEA、CA50、CA19—9。所有标本获得计量资料后进行t(t’)检验,率间比用卡方(X~2)检验。三种标志物测定药盒由中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所提供。阳性界值:
In recent years, radioimmunoassay technology has been applied to the determination of tumor markers. The results are accurate, rapid, simple, and highly applicable. There are complete sets of kits available, which have become an important means for clinical detection of tumors and scientific research. For the past 6 years, we used the CEA, CA50, and CA19-9 tumor markers to determine 100 cases of malignant tumors of the digestive tract. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Case selection: 100 cases of malignant tumors of the digestive tract, aged 38 to 72 years, mean age 55 years. All gastrointestinal cancers were confirmed by pathology. There were 12 cases of pancreatic tumor, 44 cases of gastric cancer, 10 cases of esophageal cancer, 16 cases of colon cancer, and 18 cases of liver cancer. Control group 100 cases. Age 32-66 years old, average age 49 years old. All patients were excluded from the malignant digestive tract. 1.2 Experimental methods: Fasting venous blood was taken from the patient. Serum was separated and radioimmunoassay was used to determine the tumor markers CEA, CA50, and CA19-9. All samples obtained measurement data after t(t’) test, the ratio between the test with Chi-square (X ~ 2) test.
