[目的]建立一种用高效液相色谱测定26%硝磺草酮·烟·莠油悬剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用LicrsorbC18反相色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和pH值4.0的乙酸水溶液为流动相(体积比70∶30),流速为1.0 mL/min,波长230 nm,对试样中硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津含量进行液相色谱分离、测定。[结果]硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津线性相关系数分别为0.999 8、1.000 0、0.999 5;标准偏差分别为0.03、0.16、0.18;变异系数分别为0.74%、0.77%、0.88%;平均回收率分别为99.87%、100.05%、99.76%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of 26% mesotrione, tobacco and herb oil suspension by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] With Licensorb C18 reversed-phase column and UV detector, the mobile phase of acetonitrile and pH 4.0 aqueous acetic acid (volume ratio 70:30) was used with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a wavelength of 230 nm. Sulcotrione, nicosulfuron, atrazine content by liquid chromatography, determination. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients of mesotrione, nicosulfuron and atrazine were 0.999 8,1.000 0,0.999 5 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.03,0.16,0.18 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.74%, 0.77% 0.88%. The average recoveries were 99.87%, 100.05% and 99.76% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
