作为跨时代的教师,“传道,授业,解惑”已远远不能适应现代社会对教师的要求。教育必须适应学生,通过形成具有丰富内涵的个体,去满足不确定社会的变化与需求。教学应从灌输中心转化为对话中心,教师也由孤独的熟练工人转化为伙伴式的实践团队。那么,具体实践时该怎么做呢?首先,教师应认真领会这种教学模式是什么,怎么实施,与以往的模式相比在促进教学方式改进上的优势,理解之后认真践行。具体是这样做的:(1)全组教师每人在本学期的内容中选2-3个
