现代技术对合金的质量提出更高的要求。合金钢和高合金钢等新的钢种在不断地出现。这些钢的生产在逐年增长。因为铁合金在很大程度上决定了金属的成本,因此,在大批冶炼的条件下降低铁合金的消耗就具有重要的意义。用氧气重熔合金钢废料是降低铁合金消耗的最有效措施。目前仍继续探讨用合金钢废料重熔方法冶炼新牌号钢和合金:用铌合金化的高锰铝钢、铬锰钢及其它钢种。
Modern technology puts forward higher requirements on the quality of the alloy. New steel grades such as alloy steel and high alloy steel are emerging. The production of these steels is growing year by year. Because ferroalloy largely determines the cost of the metal, it is of great significance to reduce the consumption of ferroalloy in a large number of smelting conditions. Re-melting alloy steel scrap with oxygen is the most effective way to reduce the consumption of ferroalloy. At present, we continue to explore the use of alloy steel scrap remelting method smelting a new grade of steel and alloy: niobium alloyed high manganese steel, chromium manganese steel and other steel.
