目的:建立复方三芪明目胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法:利用高效液相色谱法,色谱:Ultimate AQ C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(30:70),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:270 nm,柱温:25℃,进样量:10μl。结果:淫羊藿苷浓度在25～250μg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.29%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于该复方制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of icariin in Compound Sanqi Mingmu Capsules, which can provide the basis for the quality control of this preparation. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water (30:70) and flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with the final AQ C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , Detection wavelength: 270 nm, column temperature: 25 ℃, injection volume: 10μl. Results: Icariin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 25 ~ 250μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9), with an average recovery of 99.37% and a RSD of 1.29%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the compound preparation.
