西方现代企业理论关于可变人性的观点与思想政治工作培养新人的观点的互补性,有助于设计塑造企业经营者“人性”的物质精神激励机制;西方现代企业理论关于股东会、董事会、监理会和经理之间的制度硬约束与思想政治工作通过党委会、职代会、工会开展批评自我批评的思想软约束差异,有助于推动建立国企“大法人治理结构”,既明确“党委会”的地位,又保持党委会、职代会、工会在“大法人治理结构”的相对独立性;两种理论的结合可望产生有中国特色的“思想政治经济学”。
