目的探讨利用高级统计学方法挖掘优生医学资料深层信息的可行性。方法利用相关性分析和聚类分析方法分析2011年以来各地TORCH感染率资料,分析病原微生物感染的内在联系以及地域因素和感染率的关系。结果病原微生物感染无明显相关性,大多数地区感染规律相似,个别地区有差异。结论优生学数据的分析应重视高级统计学方法的应用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using advanced statistical methods to mine deep information of eugenic medical data. Methods Correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the data of TORCH infection rates from 2011 to 2011 and to analyze the relationship between the infection of pathogenic microorganisms and the geographical factors and infection rate. Results There were no significant correlations between pathogenic microorganisms and infections in most areas. There were differences in some areas. Conclusion The analysis of eugenics data should pay attention to the application of advanced statistical methods.
