随着美国金融危机愈演愈烈,全球经济进入了衰退期,航运业也出现了萧条,集装箱、干散货、油运三大市场都下降了,进入2012年,国际航运市场形势依旧十分严峻,创下了26年来的新低,尽管市场比2011年有所改善,但是仍然呈低迷态势。比较而言,集装箱的市场有所回升,但是这样的回升并不稳定,市场还存在着下滑的趋势。面对这种局面,中海集团采取了相应措施,我们总体上坚持“互利共盈,战略协同发展”的基本策略。
