由体表电位对心肌梗塞区域的定位 ,以往的方法一般只根据极小值出现的时刻和位置来进行 ,分辨率不高。本文提出了一种在现有方法的基础上 ,增加对体表电位积分差图的极值方向进行判别的新思路。模型实验表明 ,新方法大大提高了对心肌梗塞区域进行定位的分辨率。若能进一步得到临床验证 ,将有较高应用价值
Positioning by the potential of the body surface area of myocardial infarction, the previous method generally based only on the minimum value of the moment and location to do, the resolution is not high. In this paper, a new idea based on the existing methods is proposed to increase the extremum direction of potential difference plot of body surface potential. The model experiment shows that the new method greatly improves the resolution of the myocardial infarction area. If further clinical validation, there will be higher application value
