山野蔬菜在我国种类多,资源丰富,因其自然生长在山林中而享有“无污染蔬菜”的美名。山野蔬菜味美可口,营养丰富,大多数还具有保健功能。随着人们生活水平的进一步提高,“方便、新鲜、营养、可口”的食物是都市人们基本的也是永恒的追求目标,数量型转向质量型的消费,城市节奏的加快,家庭社会化的逐步实现等等,为我省新鲜蔬菜和脱水蔬菜的加工生产提供了雄厚的市场容量基础。据估计有80%以上的年轻人消费这种产品,尤其是为部队野营训练,企业、学校食堂,宾馆饭店,高楼住户等提供了很多的方便。
