目的:观察小儿遗尿停对正常小鼠和肾虚大鼠的抗利尿作用,以为临床应用提供参考。方法:观察小儿遗尿停对正常水负荷幼年小鼠排尿次数及排尿量及对肾阳虚幼年大鼠排尿次数和排尿量的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,小儿遗尿停高(71.2g/kg)、中(35.6g/kg)、低(17.8g/kg)剂量均可显著减少1-5小时各个时间段小鼠的排尿次数和排尿量(P<0.01);小儿遗尿停高(49.8g/kg)、中(24.9g/kg)、低(12.5g/kg)剂量均可显著减少1~5小时各个时间段肾阳虚大鼠的排尿次数和排尿量(P<0.01)。结论:小儿遗尿停具有良好的抗利尿作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-diuretic effects of pediatric enuresis on normal and kidney-null rats in order to provide reference for clinical application.
