随着我国高校的迅速发展和人事制度的不断变革,人才派遣制度成为高校一种新的用人模式。派遣制教育雇员已逐渐成为众多高校师资队伍的重要组成部分。但是由于其身份的特殊性,派遣制教育雇员的流动性较大、公平性缺失。本文针对这一群体,提出了实行同工同酬、建立科学、合理的薪酬制度;加大宣传力度、转变传统观念;打通上升渠道、建立人员分类管理制度的激励措施,期望能更有效地优化人员管理。
With the rapid development of colleges and universities and the continuous reform of the personnel system, talent dispatch system has become a new employment model in colleges and universities. Dispatch of educational employees has gradually become an important part of many faculty. However, due to the particularity of their identities, the dispatch system of educational employees is more liquid and lack of fairness. This article aims at this group, put forward to implement the same pay for equal work, establish a scientific and reasonable salary system; step up publicity, change the traditional concept; open up the channels, the establishment of personnel classification management system incentives, expect to be able to optimize personnel management more effectively.
