铜板中夹杂物的形态,对其冲击性能有直接的影响。鞍钢与我厂协作研究的10Ti、15Ti钢板有效地控制了条状硫化锰夹杂,获得了小质点的钛化物及含钛的硫化物,显著地改善了铜板的冲压性能。本文着重介绍了上述钢种的机械性能与生产试用的结果。
The shape of inclusions in copper has a direct impact on the impact properties. The 10Ti and 15Ti steel plates studied in Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. effectively controlled the inclusion of bar-like manganese sulfide and obtained the small-size titanium and titanium-containing sulfides, which markedly improved the stamping performance of the copper plate. This article highlights the mechanical properties of the above-mentioned steel and production trial results.
