日本熊谷股份公司研究出一种高承载力、无公害的打入桩施工法,它由一套在地下打桩的独特机构组成,最大特点是可获得与打入桩相同的高承载力,却几乎不产生振动和噪音。新打桩法的施工是先用钻孔机钻孔,把空心预制桩管插入孔中,桩身与孔壁间用硅土或砂浆嵌固。桩端焊有由内、外管构成的可动桩靴,外管与预制桩相焊接,桩靴的内、外管之间用沥青充填。施工时在预制桩管内用落锤冲击往靴内管,使之打入持力层,最后以混凝土导管往桩管内浇灌混凝土,这样桩靴与桩身成为一体共同工作。
Kumagai Japan Co., Ltd. has developed a high-capacity, pollution-free driving pile construction method. It consists of a unique mechanism for driving under the ground. The most important feature is that it can obtain the same high bearing capacity as the driving pile, but almost No vibration and noise. The new piling method is to drill with a drilling machine first, insert the hollow prefabricated pile pipe into the hole, and fix the silt or mortar between the pile body and the hole wall. The pile end is welded with movable pile shoes composed of inner and outer tubes. The outer tube is welded with the prefabricated pile. The inner and outer tubes of the pile shoes are filled with asphalt. During the construction, a drop hammer is used to hit the inner tube of the boot in the prefabricated pile pipe, so that it is driven into the bearing layer, and finally the concrete pipe is poured into the pile pipe to fill the concrete so that the pile shoe and the pile body work together.
