目的:探讨CT在气管肿瘤中的价值。方法:回顾性分析20例气管肿瘤病人的临床资料、CT表现。结果:气管下段肿瘤8例,中段肿瘤5例,上段肿瘤7例。2例气管良性肿瘤均较小,18例气管恶性肿瘤大小不一。肿瘤形状各异,乳头状者1例,息肉状者3例,分叶状者6例,扁平附壁状生长者2例,沿管壁环状浸润者2例。肿瘤以软组织密度为主。气管肿瘤腔内型13例、管壁型4例、腔外型1例、混合型2例。肿瘤浸润周围器官6例。结论:CT能够显示气管肿瘤的位置、大小、形状、密度,肿瘤向气管腔内外生长情况及气管狭窄的程度,气管肿瘤沿气管壁纵向、环状浸润范围,肿瘤浸润周围器官及与周围组织器官的关系;有助于治疗方案的制订。
Objective: To investigate the value of CT in tracheal tumor. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of tracheal tumor patients clinical data, CT findings. Results: The lower tracheal tumor in 8 cases, 5 cases of the middle of the tumor, the upper tumor in 7 cases. 2 cases of bronchial benign tumors were small, 18 cases of tracheal malignant tumors of different sizes. There were 1 cases of papillary tumor, 3 cases of polypoid tumor, 6 lobulated cases, 2 cases of flat-shaped wall-like growth and 2 cases of annular infiltration along the wall. Tumors are mainly soft tissue density. Thirteen cases of endotracheal tube tracheal tumor, tube wall in 4 cases, 1 case of cavity, mixed in 2 cases. 6 cases of tumor infiltrating surrounding organs. Conclusion: CT can show the location, size, shape and density of the tracheal tumor, the growth of the trachea in and out of the trachea and the degree of tracheal stenosis. The extent of the tracheal tumor along the longitudinal wall of the tracheal wall, the annular infiltration, the infiltrating organs and the surrounding tissues and organs The relationship; help the development of treatment options.
