应用冷冻精液对24名妇女进行人工授精,15例妊娠,其中4例已分娩。其余9例均因妇科原因未获成功。本组精子复苏率在55～80%;周期成功率为18%。本文对精液的冷冻与保存方法进行了介绍。
Twenty-four women were given artificial insemination using frozen semen and 15 were pregnant, of whom 4 had given birth. The remaining 9 cases were unsuccessful due to gynecological reasons. The rate of sperm recovery in this group 55 to 80%; cycle success rate of 18%. This article describes the method of freezing and preserving semen.
