这次堆焊的是富拉尔基重型机械厂生产的80CrMnMo锻钢轧辊。首先轧辊经过探伤、车削和复检,一般车削深度15~20mm。堆焊前轧辊必须预热,以防止轧辊在堆焊时产生温度应力和体积应力。堆焊焊接电流450~600A,焊接速度25~30m/h,焊道厚度2~3.5mm,焊层温度260~280℃。堆焊过程中,轧辊要继续保温,保证轧辊不低300℃。堆焊后轧辊要进行回火处理,以消除焊接残余应力,防止堆焊层或母材产生裂纹。回火温度应为550±10℃,保温8h。堆焊后轧辊平均硬度HRC为35~44。堆焊4支轧辊共节约39.87万元.
