当前我国媒体发展正走在媒介融合的路上,社会舆论的新格局日益形成,“众声喧哗”成为舆论常态,社会风险系数随之上升。政府和企事业单位不仅拥有自己的报纸、电视台、网站,而且在当下最热门的微博平台、移动设备客户端这些融媒体中,也颇有建树。这带来了舆论引导的新机遇与问题,就此给出了一些舆论引导的发展策略:提升公务人员整体媒介素养、及时发布新闻事件真相、培养主流意见领袖、探索网络舆论发展规律,试图为政府创建良性舆论引导环境,提升引导能力提供有效途径。
