邯郸市是一座新兴的工业城市,共有基层工会1234介,职工52万人。近几年来,我们积极探索做好工会财务工作新路子,并取得了一些成效。因而连续几年被评为市直机关文明科室,在全省工会财务工作竞赛中,连续四年获得一等奖,1989年又受到全国总工会的表彰奖励。我们的主要作法是: 一、提高财会人员素质,为做好工会财务工作创造条件。我市工会系统共有专、兼财会人员1182名,有相当一部分工会财会由行政会计兼任,不少单位的工会财务人员变动频繁,以致业务不熟悉,财务管理基础差,理财能力低。为此,几年来,我们先后举办了九期百人以上规模的工会财会培训班,培训会计人员上千人次。还
Handan City is an emerging industrial city with 1234 grass-roots trade unions and 520,000 workers. In recent years, we have actively explored a new way of doing financial work in trade unions and achieved some results. Thus for several years been rated as civilized departments of municipal departments directly under the guild, in the province’s trade union financial work contest, won the first prize for four consecutive years, in 1989 by the National Federation of trade awards. Our main practices are: First, improve the quality of accounting personnel, trade unions to create the conditions for financial work. There are a total of 1182 specialists in our city’s trade union system, with a total of 1182 finance and accounting personnel. A considerable part of the trade union accounts for both financial and accounting functions. Many of the trade union financial personnel have been subject to frequent changes, resulting in unfamiliar businesses, poor financial management and low financial management capacity. To this end, in the past few years, we have successively organized nine trade union finance and accounting training courses with a size of over one hundred people and trained thousands of accounting personnel. also
