研究了15MnVN钢粒状贝氏体焊缝的解理断裂机制。对断口-金相直接对照试样的观察表明,粒状贝氏体焊缝的解理是由M-A组元引发的。M-A组元等效直径的分布控制了粒状贝氏体焊缝的解理断裂应力。
The cleavage and fracture mechanism of 15MnVN steel granular bainite weld was studied. The observation of the fracture-metallographic direct control specimen showed that the cleavage of the granular bainite weld was initiated by the M-A component. The distribution of M-A component equivalent diameter controls the cleavage fracture stress of granular bainite weld.
