目的研究护患沟通在神经外科护理中的实施效果。方法随机选择2017年6月~2018年6月在医院进行神经外科疾病治疗的80例患者作为临床研究的实验观察对象,对患者进行平均分组,即观察组和常规组,每组中各有40例患者。对常规组患者采用常规护理办法,对观察组患者在常规护理基础上加强护患沟通,对两组患者的实际护理效果和护理满意度等进行对比分析。结果观察组护理后SDS评分(50.6±6.2)分、SAS评分(52.5±7.4)分,均明显高于常规组的SDS评分(38.1±5.6)分、SAS评
