高中作为学生人生中的关键时期,这一阶段学生身体和心理素质的养成直接关乎学生后续的发展。学生在面临高考的压力时,需要有一个健康向上的身体支撑着学生负重前行,高中体育课堂作为学生缓解压力、愉悦身心的一种有效途径,在教学中的地位不容小觑。所以,我们应该努力创造性地丰富高中体育教学模式,让学生能够在短短的四十五分钟的上课时间内感受到体育课带给他们的快乐,最大限度地放松学生的心情,缓解学生的学习
As a critical period in the life of a student, the development of the students’ physical and mental qualities in this stage is directly related to the follow-up development of the students. When faced with the pressure of college entrance examination, students need to have a healthy and upward body to support the students to carry forward the weight. As an effective way for students to relieve stress and delight their mind and body, the high school physical education classroom can not be underestimated in their teaching. Therefore, we should endeavor to creatively enrich the teaching mode of senior high school physical education so that students can feel the joy brought by physical education classes within the short forty-five minutes, relax the students ’feelings to the maximum extent and ease the students’ learning
