目的:制备银杏酮酯的磷脂复合物并优化制备工艺,对其进行理化性质的考察。方法:以黄酮醇苷与大豆磷脂的复合率为指标,进行单因素考察,并用正交试验优化制备工艺。对银杏酮酯磷脂复合物进行DSC和IR理化性质的鉴定,测定其在不同pH的溶液中的表观油水分配系数。结果:以四氢呋喃为反应溶剂,反应温度为30℃,反应物质的浓度为20 mg/mL,反应物质的重量比为1∶1时反应生成的复合物复合率达98%,并且银杏酮酯磷脂复合物明显改善了银杏酮酯在正辛醇中的溶解性能,在不同pH水-正辛醇系统中,银杏酮酯磷脂复合物的表观油水分配系数与银杏酮酯相比也有差异。结论:银杏酮酯磷脂复合物的理化性质相比银杏酮酯有较显著的改变。
Objective: To prepare the phospholipid complex of Ginkgo biloba ester and optimize its preparation process, and to study its physical and chemical properties. Methods: The flavonol glycosides and soybean phospholipid complex rate as an indicator, single factor study, and orthogonal experiment to optimize the preparation process. Identification of physico-chemical properties of ginkgo-ester-phospholipid complex by DSC and IR, and its apparent oil-water partition coefficients in different pH solutions were determined. Results: With tetrahydrofuran as the reaction solvent, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, the concentration of the reactive substance was 20 mg / mL, the complexing rate of the complex formed by the reaction was 98% when the weight ratio of the reactants was 1: 1, The complex obviously improves the solubility of Ginkgo biloba ester in n-octanol. The apparent oil-water partition coefficient of ginkgo biloba ester-phospholipid complex is different from that of ginkgo keto ester in different pH water-n-octanol systems. Conclusion: The physico-chemical properties of Ginkgo biloba ester-phospholipid complex are significantly different from that of Ginkgo biloba ester.
