我们采用血凝技术检查了五种中药方剂的煎剂对尿道致病性大肠杆菌和粪便正常大肠杆菌的菌毛的凝血作用的影响。结果发现五种中药方剂对两类大肠杆菌的菌毛的凝血特征无直接影响,但细菌经中药处理后,清热利湿Ⅰ号方能抑制尿道致病性大肠杆菌的凝血作用。提示本方可能在体内能去除尿道治病性大肠杆菌 P 菌毛对尿道上皮细胞的粘附而达到治疗作用。细菌借助于表面的菌毛粘附对宿主上皮细胞的表面受体,达到定居、繁殖和致病是细菌引起机体感染的先决条件之一。尿道致病性大畅杆菌(uropathogenic Eseheric
We used hemagglutination techniques to examine the effects of decoctions of five traditional Chinese medicines on the coagulation of uremic pathogenic E. coli and fecal normal E. coli. The results showed that the five Chinese herbal formulas had no direct effect on the coagulation characteristics of the two types of E. coli pilus. However, after the bacteria were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, Qingre Lishi No. I was able to inhibit the coagulation effect of urethral pathogenic E. coli. It is suggested that this side may be able to remove the adhesion of urinary tract E. coli P fimbriae to urethral epithelial cells in vivo to achieve therapeutic effects. Bacteria adhere to the surface receptors of host epithelial cells by means of surface pilus, so that settlement, propagation and pathogenicity are one of the prerequisites for bacterial infections caused by the organism.
