炎性反应一旦启动,与炎症有关的细胞因子往往呈瀑布式表达,但这些细胞因子的表达并非是无序和随意的,而是受复杂的网络调控的。但细胞因子在时向上的反常表达及分泌不平衡,可在局部及全身炎性反应的发生、发展中起决定作用。因此,调控细胞因子的表达方向就成为调控炎性反应发生、发展的重要基础。研究发现,在炎性反应发生、发展过程中,许多转录因子可调控细胞因子的表达,在众多的转录因子中,Krüppel样因子家族是目前的研究
Once an inflammatory reaction is initiated, inflammatory cytokines are often expressed as waterfalls, but the expression of these cytokines is not chaotic and random but rather regulated by complex networks. However, the up-regulation of cytokines and their imbalance in secretion may play a decisive role in the occurrence and development of local and systemic inflammatory responses. Therefore, regulating the expression of cytokines has become an important basis for the regulation of the occurrence and development of inflammatory responses. It has been found that many transcription factors regulate the expression of cytokines during the development of inflammatory responses. Among the many transcription factors, the Krüppel-like factor family is the current study
