Objective To understand the status of female students in our hospital breast health and breast enlargement and enlistment time, school time and the relationship between menstrual abnormalities, to provide scientific basis for strengthening female students health care. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted on all female students in our hospital using a self-designed questionnaire (including general conditions, breast hyperplasia and related factors). Results There was a significant difference (x ~ 2 = 10.12, P <0.01) between breast hyperplasia and enlisted and enrolled years. The incidence of breast hyperplasia was significantly different among female students in different grades (x ~ 2 = 10.50, P < 0.05). The incidence of female students in grade 1 and grade 4 was higher than that in grades 2 and 3. The incidence of breast hyperplasia was higher in women with abnormal menstruation than in normal menstruation, and the difference was statistically significant (x 2 = 3.91, P <0.05). Conclusion Female students with breast hyperplasia and whether the enlistment and the age of enrolled are closely related; different time in school, the incidence of breast hyperplasia; female students with abnormal menstruation, the incidence of breast hyperplasia was significantly higher. Female students breast health education and health needs to be further strengthened.
