目的建立枸橼酸莫沙必利片剂含量测定的HPLC。方法色谱柱: Phenomenex C18(4.60mm×250mm,5μm );流动相:乙腈-(5:95,V/V),流速:1mL?min–1,检测波长274 nm。结果枸橼酸莫沙必利片剂中辅料和有关物质对主药无干扰,在50~200μg?mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,加样平均回收率(n=9)为100.4%。结论本方法准确可靠,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于枸橼酸莫沙必利的质量控制。同时为今后开展液相色谱-质谱技术联用奠定基础。“,”Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for the analysis of mosapride citrate. Method: The HPLC method was performed on an SHIMDAU 10Avp liquid chromatography. Phenomenex C18 column (4.66 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of deionized water-acetonitrile (95: 5, V/V). The flow rate was 1.0 mL–min -1 and the detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Result: The relationship between the peak area and the concentration of mosapride citrate was linear in the range of 50- 200μg–mL -1 with r of 0.9998. The average recovery (n=9) was 100.4 %. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and the result has good specificity. It can be used for the quality control of mosapride citrate from fermentation liquor. Simultaneously, the method would be the foundation for HPLC-MS.
