为了获取篦齿封严鼓筒齿腔内的压力分布,掌握鼓筒气动特性情况,建立了带封严篦齿鼓筒的三维流场通道模型,计算转静子同心和不同偏心量条件下鼓筒表面静压,分析气动载荷作用下鼓筒的力学特性.仿真结果表明:偏心量的变化使表面静压出现复杂变化,周向静压幅值变动明显,最大偏心量下的静压幅值比无偏心时增长3倍;偏心引起的周向静压波动使鼓筒应力幅值最大浮动3%左右.
