家蝇对杀虫药剂敏感性的实验研究

采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂胺菊酯和醚菊酯、有机氯杀虫剂三氯杀虫酯、有机磷杀虫剂辛硫磷、氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂仲丁威和残杀威 6种药物的敏感性。实验结果表明 ,苏州市家蝇野生品系对胺菊酯和醚菊酯的敏感性下降幅度最大 ,抗性指数分别达 6 2 4和 2 43;对三氯杀虫酯和辛硫磷的敏感性也呈下降趋势 ,与家蝇敏感品系相比 ,其抗性指数分别为 2 0 7和 1 93;对仲丁威和残杀威的抗性指数分别为 1 37和 1 0 3。苏州市家蝇野生品系对所测试的 6种杀虫剂的敏感性均呈不同程度下降趋势 ,可能与杀虫剂间的交互抗性有关 Determination of pyrethroid insecticides, tetramethrin and ethyrin, organochlorine pesticides, chlorpyrifos, organophosphorus pesticides, phoxim, carbamate insecticides, Ding Wei and disability Granville six kinds of drug sensitivity.
