BIM是当今建筑行业的先进软件之一,是建筑行业构建信息模型的主要工具,BIM的发展水平直接影响我国未来建筑业的发展方向。在我国社会发展的今天,BIM技术已经逐渐被应用到现代建筑业中,而且拿建筑行业来说BIM专业的人才比较紧缺,现代社会是信息技术高度发达的社会,BIM技术是一种先进的软件技术,如果能够将BIM技术完整地应用于建筑业,将会是一个巨大的机遇和挑战,所以把BIM的教学引入课堂,建立BIM实训室,采用教、学、做一体化的教学模式来使得学生熟练掌握BIM技术的使用技术和方法,为学生的就业提供广阔的发展空间。
